a walk-in wardrobe and 2 bathrooms.

The house also has a lounge area with double sofa-bed, and a small, mezzanine study

television available for use

a full breakfast is provided at the house with typical, genuine local produce gathered from the 'Montagna Amica' consortium

If you want to keep yourselves to yourselves, the house also has a little breakfast area set up with all the electrical appliances you need

On request, guests can be provided with:

• an additional sofa-bed
• kitchen
